I authorize Alta Vista Audio to pack my unit using store-bought packing materials (cardboard box with bubblewrap) and ship it to me. I understand that Alta Vista Audio is not a professional packing and shipping company, that the providing packing will not have be certified by the freight carrier, so there in the event that property is damaged during transit the the carrier may determine that the packing is inadequate to protect the unit, and may decline to pay any or all of the insured amount.
