Two scheduling events are affecting our modifications this summer -- here's how you can benefit.

1. Our biggest vendor for High End audio parts will be closed from June 25 until July 20. This means we can't get any parts for upgrades until they re-open!

2. Alta Vista Audio (and Aria Audio) are moving to Bend, Oregon. We will close down operations on August 8 and re-open for business at our new address in Bend on August 20.

So how do you benefit? Here's how:

First, place your order for upgrades worth $1,000 or more at any time before August 8 so we can order the needed parts before we close for relocation. Start by sending me an email telling me what upgrades you are interested in. I will email to you a Job Ticket to inspect. Once we reach an agreement about what work you want done, I'll email the finalized job ticket. To get your upgrade into the job queue and your parts on order, you'll need to send a 50% deposit (check, paypal, credit cards, details with the Job Ticket). If the payment is received before August 8 you will qualify for the 15% discount.

Second, you will be asked not to ship your amp or preamp before we're at the new location. I'll advise the new address on the website and in an email to you. Units cannot arrive before August 20; if they arrive sooner I cannot guarantee that I can take possession of them.

Third, you will be asked to be a bit patient while we get the new shop set up and work the kinks out. It will probably take a bit longer than usual at first for upgrading and repairing equipment, and I expect we'll have a lot of units to attend to. Remember, first-come, first-served is our policy (when possible: parts with long lead times and the more complicated upgrades can take longer).

Fourth, when your upgrade is done, I'll email you a final invoice with 15% taken off the total price.

For example, a $2000 upgrade will require a $1000 deposit. When the work is done I'll take 15% off the $2000 price, dropping it to $1700, amd invoice you for $700.
